Instead of having BBQ flown in from Texas (their home state), we convinced them to give us a shot… here are their comments.

Everything turned out great. Everyone at the party was blown away with the food. Most people had never had BBQ that good. Here is my personal opinion. If you start at a baseline of GREAT, this is where I would rank everything. The brisket was the best of the three. It was moist and tasted great. There was not a single bad cut from that whole 10 lb “bad boy”. In a very, very close second were the beef ribs. There were couple of devout pork rib fans at the party that could not believe how good the beef ribs were. You guys definitely need to put those on the menu. Besides the fact that they are an show stopping size, they tasted incredible. Finally, the pork ribs were delicious. Lets just say there were a lot of very naked bones in the garbage at the end of the night. The pickles and mac & cheese were also big hits. Suprisingly, the salad dressing was also talked about quite a bit.
Thanks again for the delicious food and I will definitely recommend ya’all to any one that asks.
